Tri2XL Coaching assists athletes in achieving their goals based on available time and competing family and job interests. We limit the number of athletes coached in order to provide each athlete the time and effort they deserve.  Plans are developed leading towards peak performances in "A" races. Detailed plans are built every two weeks to accommodate adjustments based on the athlete's feedback.  Tri2XL Coaching believes that the athlete/coach relationship involves two-way communication and it is the coach's responsibility to help athletes achieve their goals and be accessible to address questions and concerns. 
Ken Lewis is a certified USAT coach and a top age group triathlete having won over 25 age group races.  He has been a member of Team USA or Great Britain since 2005 for World Triathlon and Duathlon Championships.  He started his triathlon career with the first three triathlons in England including the first "Ironman" in 1983.  He has run numerous marathons including London, New York and Boston.  In 2014 he won his age group at Ironman Brazil and earned a spot to Kona.  Training and racing have been his lifestyle since 1975 and during that time he has accumulated a wealth of knowledge on how to maintain a long term athletic lifestyle and, more importantly, how to get to the next level.
